Nach mehrmaligen Schriftverkehr wollte der Verkäufer kein Rücksendeetikettzusenden, steht eindeutig beschrieben, dass man den Artikel innerhalb eines Monats kostenlos und ohne Grund zurücksenden kann. Artikel war leider qualitativ sehr schlecht verarbeitet, sodass ein Grund "Gefällt mir nicht" angegeben wurde. Laut Verkäufer hieß es aufeinmal, dass ab einem Warenwert von 40,01€ kostenfreie Rücksendung möglich wäre. Bei einem Warenwert von 28,90€ wird aber kostenfreie Rücksensendung angeboten.

Es wurde immer wieder geschrieben an welche Adresse ich es senden soll, der Inhalt meiner Nachrichten wurde anscheinend auch nicht sorgfältig durchgelesen und nicht ernst genommen. Ein Rücksendeetikett habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.und der Fall wurde zum Glück über Ebay gelöst.
Verkäufer bietet Ware und Dienstleistung an, an die er sich nicht halten kann und keine Einsicht zeigt!!
