Der Versandumschlag war verschmutzt und sah auf, als wäre jemand drübergefahren; alle Buchecken haben sich durch den gepolsterten Umschlag gedrückt und sind umgeknickt. Bitte nicht mehr mit GLS versenden oder im stabilen Karton verpacken. Sehr ärgerlich bei einem gebundenen Buch. Bitte eine Versandalternative zu GLS anbieten.
