Die Espressomaschine heizt sehr schnell auf und ist angenehm zu bedienen, nachdem man einmal die Anleitung gelesen hat. Außerdem ist die Maschine recht massiv und erscheint mir ziemlich hochwertig. Antworten auf Anfragen beantwortete der Händler immer schnell und höflich. Leider verlor der Paketdienst wohl die erste versandte Maschine, der Händler hat sich aber zügig um einen Ersatz gekümmert.

Ordentliche Verpackung. Originalverpackung im Bestzustand. Rechtzeitge und ausreichende Kommunikation. Der Versand fand allerdings mit einem anderen Paketdienst statt der nicht explizit kommuniziert wurde. Der spätere, avisierte, Liefertermin wurde aber eingehalten. Tracking Nummer wurde bereit gestellt.Paket gut angekommen. DHL als Versanpartner wäre mir noch lieber, z.B. als Alternative.Empfehlenswert.Gerne wieder. Es wurde sogar ein Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung bereit gestellt :-)
