    One of my all time favorite bridge pickups!

    The Perpetual Burn has become one of my all time favorite bridge Humbuckers. very dynamic pickup that is not as hot as you may thing but has amazing clarity and definition at high gain. Also splits very very well with a single coil. In particular works well with a high gain amp that is dynamic and touch sensitive. Is sweet and clean enough for classic rock and more but is incredibly defined and articulate with high gain so can get brutal also. One of the real underrated gems of the Duncan line up IMO! Have 2 in play right now both are maple neck Alder body Carvin Kiesel DC's have had several pickup sets in both and the PB will remain in them from now on.The purple Quilt in particular is a stunner both in looks and tone. it has what the Duncan forum guys have named the PB and J combo. ...
