Der Artikel kam ohne das in der Beschreibung zugesicherte Befestigungsmaterial an. Unverständlich, wieso der Verkäufer deswegen Fotos der Verpackung und der Ware verlangte. Kommunikation sehr schlecht, Kundenservice katastrophal. Der ganze Zirkus wegen ein paar Befestigungsstopfen. Hätte noch gefehlt, dass der Rückversand auf meine Kosten verlangt würde.
