Die Post hatte offenbar das Paket irgendwo verlegt, was mir die Gelegenheit gab den Service zu testen.
Der war sehr freundlich und kulant, so dass wir schnell eine Lösung finden konnten.
Zwei Tage später hat die Post dann das angeblich schon ausgeliefert Paket doch noch ausgeliefert, das Paket war also tatsächlich über 2 Wochen in DE unterwegs.
