The seller had this item in stock and confirmed my order. Subsequently eBay—not the seller!—blocked delivery to me in Iceland, of course with no explanation. This renders ratings of shipping time , shipping charges , and so on irrelevant. However, the seller s actions were faultless. The seller was entirely open and communicative. eBay s behavior, on the other hand, has been thoroughly dishonest and irresponsible. I would gladly patronize this seller again, provided that eBay would let me!
