Very Good communication, didn’t realise item was plus import duties and vat . Was given the opportunity to cancel when made aware . Contacted the seller who explained what the procedure was , went ahead with order the parcelforce sent me a letter explaining the cost ,and offered 3 options, either pay over the phone and wait for normal delivery, pay over phone +£12 for next day delivery, or collect in person then pay , which I chose to do . From start to finish Faultless 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
