Der Verkäufer hätte nachfragen müssen, ob Versand ohne Umverpackung ok ist, bzw. das in der Artikelbeschreibung angeben müssen.

Falsch. Artikel ist mit ein zweite karton verpackt . wer hat das Karton geöffnet ? Sie oder jemand bei ihnen zuhause ?
