Great book, but disappointingly mediocre service. Inexplicably slow to dispatch and no notification at all that the book was on its way. Attempts to contact customer service were fobbed off with vague cookie cutter responses wrapped in faux pleasantry. Pleased I finally got my book (16 days after ordering), but will never buy from this trader again. Be aware they claim an order can take a month to turn around because this is... what? the 1980s!

Pros - polite communication, low prices, generous discount offered for damaged book. Cons - very slow communication which tends to be generic and promises much but delivers little, heavy book was sent in a jiffy bag and arrived damaged, had to get Ebay involved to action the promised partial refund. Summary - 'pile it high and sell it cheap' organisation which is unable to provide efficient customer service and makes the mistake of not packaging books correctly. Will not buy from them again.

Seller provided tracking number and gave date up to 3 weeks in future. I received the wrong item with the tracking code they provided. I contacted the seller to advise I had received the wrong item with the tracking number provided. They just gave template message saying item is still on way. I tried again sending photos of wrong item with packaging showing tracking number, I received no response. I've tried going through eBay but the only option on order is 'item not received'. Terrible seller!

I had also ordered 2 copies from another seller, this hindered my communication with the seller, as there was nowhere to query about the late arrival of that particular purchase, but, after a 3 weeks DELAY the other 2 copies arrived. I had given up on them or getting a refund so I thought that I had been swindled! The communication when things go wrong, is very poor on: Ebay.com ! So,I have learned that fact!The CHAT-service people do nothing.The service does not function. It is very false.

Avoid this seller at all cost - the very worst kind of eBay experience possible - I purchased an edition of a book with specific art work - as displayed on the photo on the site - yet I was sent a much more common version the book with artwork I did not want! Asked for the version I saw on their page and just get repeated messages for more details - when they know very well that they've sent me the wrong edition... very disappointed and feel totally ripped off - Terrible experience!
