Terrible customer service, they wrote to me to tell me that I had to buy packaging separately for the part I bought from them and I told them that I would not pay anything extra that it should be included in the final price and they did not answer me anything else and I was left waiting for the package and it never arrived, they did not have the courtesy to tell me that they would not send the item.

Seller sent the wrong part. I tried more than 5 times to communicate with the seller to resolve it. I explained and sent photos, VIN of the car, and they respond: "Hi". Are you kidding with me? Why can't they treat their customer with respect and attention. Spend less than 1 minute, read the messages and fix the problem? They are making me waste time, while the car is at the mechanic's disassembled waiting for the correct part. Worst customer service ever.

Communication excellent. Packaging excellent, Condition of goods excellent, Delivered fee and time as expected. Description was slightly off in that the photo was the right side unit. Nonetheless the text was correct and it was made known in messages.
