Comme d’habitude chez momox, les steelbook sont placés dans une simple enveloppe à bulles et très souvent ils sont abîmés pendant le transport. Une simple enveloppe cartonnée en plus des bulles permettrait de résoudre le problème. Mais non… malgré les divers signalement, rien n’évolue. Dommage car celui nuit gravement à la qualité du service rendu. Ici un Poc sur le steelbook à l’arrivée et un sentiment de frustration :-( D’autant que le service client ne répond pas à mon message…

D’ordinaire bon vendeur. Mais désolé de dire en cette occasion : mauvaise expérience. Livre vendu T.B.E, mais reçu sans la grande jaquette avec la Vénus et Cupidon du Pontormo qui figure dans clairement l'annonce ! Et si centrale dans le livre.
Usually a good seller. But sorry to say on this occasion: bad experience. Book sold "very good", but received without the big jacket with the Venus and Cupid of the Pontormo that appears clearly in the announcement! And so central in the book.
