J'ai annulé la commande car je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles pour ma commande après le paiement, et ce pendant 4 jours. Au quatrième jour, un message est resté sans réponse, jusqu'à ce que j'annule ma commande le lendemain (donc au 5ème jour). Là, le vendeur m'a recontacté mais la décision était déjà prise de mon côté. L'annulation de ma commande a bien été validée le lendemain.
Peut-être ai-je été pressé, mais merci au vendeur pour sa compréhension quant à ma demande d'annulation (hors délais Ebay)

Unfortunately the buyer is mistaken. In all of my listings I request 5 business days to ship items. He contacted me on the 4th day, a Friday, to ask about shipment, when I was planning on shipping on Saturday. I responded on Saturday morning but to no avail. It's a shame that he left neutral feedback when I accepted his cancellation. I am not a store, I am an individual seller, which is why the 5 day handling period exists, to allow for real life delays. I'll be requesting feedback removal.
