Hors le port, sur évalué à mon avis: tout est ok. j'ai paye 5,10 €. Un suivi : 0,50 €, deux timbres a 1,8 € (3,6 €) et 3 timbres en francs pour 0,40 € soit en tout : 4,5 €. Donc l' enveloppe pour la mise au courrier et le déplacement à la poste est facturé : 0,60€! J'estime que le service au client étant le principe a toute vente par correspondance devrait être compris dans le prix des produits achetés, mais ce concept m'est apparemment tout a fait personnel. Cordialement .

Il est exacte que vous avez réglé 5,10 euros pour une enveloppe pesant 112 g . Le tarif en est de 4,50 euros, c'est vrai, mais vous oubliez que nos amis de Ebay prennent 11 % sur la totalité de votre règlement , port compris , soit pour les 5,10 € , 55 centimes. Je vous demande ou est l'excès.
