I am a Chef and when I ordered this book I thought that it would have some basic recipies, Boy was I wrong. This is without a doubt the best cookbook I have ever owned and read. The recipes are top notch and range from beginner to world class Chef quality. The best part about this book is the recipes can be used either with cannibutter, cannioil or normal.
