Arrived in just 2 weeks instead of the 1month shipping I expected! Everything works and came with the case and heatsinks. Case quality is good, fits the pi perfectly and can be screwed down to prevent movement. Philips screws are provided. The pi won't will jiggle around in the case if not screwed down -- but not enough to be a concern even if it isn't screwed down. My only complain is that it is really difficult to screw the screws in the case.
