Pros: Looks good and with a range of colours to choose from there will be a colour to suit most people. It goes pretty loud. It's not going to be a main speaker but great for the bathroom which is what I mainly use it for. The battery life seems to be impressive. I've not used it continuously untill it's died but I've had a few hours out of it and the battery guage hasn't gone below half. Connectivity is quick. No problems ever so far connecting devices. The sound quality is good for its price. Obviously the louder you turn it, the more this deteriorates but it's to be expected from cheaper units. Value for money. For under £20 it's just a good solid speaker. Cons: The volume button is a pain. The button has two functions, press it to skip track and hold it to adjust volume. The amount of times I've skipped a track by forgetting is annoying although it's something I have got used to now. It says sardine on the front. I know that's the brand but it's a rubbish name and looks silly. Hardly a con I know but there's cooler names you could name your brand! I have only used this speaker as a Bluetooth speaker with my phone's/tablets and have not used any other functions so cannot give an opinion on these. All in all I'm happy with it. If you are looking for something inexpensive but not cheap looking and cheaply made I think this speaker is hard to beat. I'm not an audiophile by any stretch but if you want a vast improvement on your phone's speaker this will do the job.Read full review

Sorry to have to write this .... It looked cute, and the lights were pretty, but after only 10 minutes in to my weekly conference call which should have lasted 1hour 45 minutes, I totally lost all sound. Could not get it to work again, so missed most of my meeting that I was linked in to on the conference call app. So although this seemed like a very good price, I have once more found " you get what you pay for". So sorry, can't give you a positive write up. I did send mail at the time, but heard nothing back. Not good customer relations either I feel. Very disappointed customer. J.C.

Ive just recieved this well packed and speedily delivered through today. Took less than 2 days. The item is nice and compact in size. Fits in tight spaces and is stable with a chic look. Good finish and sturdy with rubber grip at base. Multiple functions like radio . Aux in. Memory card and usb input is available making the product more versatile. The good thing is it has a lovely and professional display which makes it stand out with the luxury brands out there. I went for the black and red one. The bass could be better (more than adequate bass for its size) but the clarity is bar none . Lets be honest for the price it is a brill buy. Alarm clock is a bonus. My only gripe is that the radio scanner doesn't automatically scan ( at least i couldnt make it scan) for available channels and you have to manually tap each increment until you get s signal. Which i must say is very clear for something without a visible antenna. Would certainly recommend. Just a week ago i bought the taotronic bluetooth speakers although they are a bit heavy with marginal more bass the clarity on these beat it hands down. Definitely recommend from this seller for prompt service.Read full review

i saw this on Joom but it was more expensive i checked it out on you tube reviews, the opinions were for the price it is really good and i have to agree on that. the sound quality is really good for the price! its not top notch of course but it does the job just fine for me. its got a nice weight to it and it holds bass ok and the volume is good as well. i use it as a pc speaker powered by a usb charger and use the line in for connecting to pc. i havent tried it but you could power it from your pc usb socket however previously i did this with speakers (and i had a friend who did the same) and you get interference which is quite annoying so i power mine off a phone/tablet charger and its quiet until sound comes out at any volume. i have no use for the other features but i can see this as a good buy for kids teens etc as it can be used outside as it has a battery and its cheap enough so if it breaks from dropping it or something its not going to be a big deal to replace it. its got plenty of options that most bluetooth speakers havent got a usb port, (not counting the charging port) a micro sd slot, a line in 3.5mm jack you can use with devices direct connection, bluetooth, fm radio, and clock. im told there is an alarm but i havent looked into that. all in all its great as a pc speaker if your not obsessed with really high quality audio it does the job well its quite small and its well built in my opinionRead full review

Bought to take on holiday to listen to and mp3 player (cable connected) and also via Bluetooth to my phone. Works really well and sounds great, like being at home. Added bonus is that it has other features. It has an FM radio and can answer calls to my mobile (not tested). It has a rechargeable battery via usb cable but I only needed to charge once in 4 days (not continuous use). Strange that its called a "Sardine" but who cares when its stylish and sounds great. I had some concerns as its fairly heavy due to the weight restrictions when flying but then you can't have a great sound through "tinny" speakers. I'm really pleased and will use travelling and probably at home as its so easy to move around.
