Overall rating of 'Neutral' due to the poor address label on the product packaging. The very poorly printed label had a handwritten house number of '8' (see photo). This is incorrect and so the package went to the wrong house. Luckily our neighbour took it in and kept it safe. I don't know if was the sender or Royal Mail who wrote the number 8, but if the label had been printed properly in the first place, it wouldn't have happened. Otherwise the phone was as described and good value for money.

I received the phone it didn’t work it didn’t charge it didn’t do nothing I got in contact with them after about 3x unanswered emails they told me to get in contact with Samsung as it was under warranty i said no won’t my money back or a different phone they said they had another one they would send and pick the old one up should have arrived today been on the tracking number they not even sent it out it’s a scam had day of work to wait for it four and half hundred pounds just scammers
