Seller sent wrong item. I didn’t realise until opened it was wrong (similar packaging to item I thought I’d ordered). Seller accepted return but on condition of return of cellophane wrapping. This is not available as has been disposed of so can’t return. Paltry amount of £5 offered to keep perfume and avoid return. Still very disappointed that I have been sent the wrong item. I am in no way at fault and am now stuck with a bottle of perfume I don’t want and won’t use

Very odd as i sent you the posting label for the return of the item and the strange thing is you 100% definitely received the correct item as that was the last one i had so not sure if you trying to return a Fake one to me in replace of mine ?? soon as i told you my items are secretly marked i didn't hear from you again very strange indeed
