Came next day, way earlier than expected. Actually received the wrong item, should have received slim pen 2 with keyboard, however I received slim pen 1. Unfortunately had opened it before realising. As I got it at a discounted price and pen isn't primarily why I bought it, I decided to take the hit. I would advise seller to look at listings, with pen 2 is £30 less than listing with pen 1, I would expect it to be other way around, maybe I got what I paid for, but means listing is misleading

I cannot leave positive feedback on this occasion, over the last six years I have purchased several of their thinkpads and they have all been fine. On this occasion I paid more for a ‘box opened never been used’, the refurbished version was £60 less. Yet on arrival it has clearly been used by the battery information which shows laptop was first used in February . I suggested they offer me the difference between a refurb. This was ignored, was sent a label to return, knowing full well I wouldn’t.
