good service from seller but update by EBAY to advise item ready for collection was not forthcoming until I'd queried seller for delivery update and was given reference number to use at collection point. The collection pointy made an update to the system but I had to return home to get copy of barcode indicating item could be collected (I don't have smart phone so had to go home to retrieve it from laptop. delivery to store was a complete farce. the item was as described .
