Ive never seen a bad review of this film, its a classic, highly recommend, bunch of teens about 17 on adventure, laughs, fun, great film , with added docu directors , interviews with young actors, profiles , scene selections, play movie, great features , if u only watch one film watch this from start to finish, laughs , tears , the end links to start , recommend for a decent nights viewing. well, being bought up in the 1980,s this has got to be the all time road movie, to say the the least it has almost every, thing you want in a movie like good characters, and a good and entertaining story as well, and not to forget great actors as well. this is 1, of the first movies i saw back in the cinema, back in the 80,s and it hasen,t aged 1 bit. so the reason i am givin it 5 stars is because it,s 1 of my all time favourite films, [ i would think mark kermode will agree with me]. a few days ago i watched the special features of the dvd and also the outakes as well. also on the blue ray version you get special supplementary footage u dont get on the dvd. i also have the cd soundtrack as well, which contains great rock, roll music from the 1950,s.
