Wouldn’t advise any one to buy from here because if you touch the head board with your hands or fingers it will leave an impression and dose not come out had to get the head board retrimed very disappointed, also I asked for a receipt for my perches to be told that they don’t give one as I bought on eBay utter rubbish �� , also the packaging turned up soaking wet and falling apart luckily there was no damage

Customer accepted delivery from Tuffnells on 25th May, no comment made of any issues and accepted as in good order. If you are too heavy handed during fitting and use too much force the foam backed nylon cloth can indent, but check my other feedback everyone seems to have fitted okay. Remember if you are not happy with the condition of the item when the couriers deliver simply refuse it rather than complain about it at a later date. Ebay provides an invoice/receipt at point of payment.
