Seller is decent and honourable with very good communication, always acting in the best interests of the customer. Sadly the item was of poor quality (see photo of the item with the lead bearing roller binding against the metal frame) even the replacement item was faulty however a refund was issued immediately, once the item was returned to them.Whilst I would appreciate just getting the item without the issues,I cannot really fault how fast the seller was to replace the item and finally refund
