High quality item, good price & fast delivery. However the item was pictured in a case. The key features in the product description said "includes case" And I also spacifically asked the seller if the case was included before making the purchase and was told that a case "should" be provided. I therefore went ahead with the order, having recently returned one to Amazon because it arrived without a case. Needless to say this wasn't supplied in a case or even a cardboard box, just a piece of foam.
