This is the second instance where a full mop is offered on eBay. The tracking stops at dispatched and unexpectedly get a parcel from Amazon containing head only without any paperwork.
I contacted the supplier Nikimayes and was told that it is supplied as per the photo on the offer!!!
Similar thing happened when I ordered another one. It seems it is the same party using different names.

This is incorrect. We are not 'the same party using different names'. We are a UK registered company which can be found upon companies house. The item was received as as per the photograph of the listing (which shows just the head of the mop ONLY). We offered the item to be returned but you have not gone forward with this.
