I ordered 5w30 C3 oil seperately with another (individual) order. The other order arrived one day after the 'due' period. This order was dispatched but was subsequently damaged in Evri transit. Therefore not recieved. The communication to resolve was a bit slow but i wasnt in a rush for the product (and it was very keenly priced). I recieved a refund once the damaged parcel was verified. Overall experience was positive. I will order again from them, but taking cognisance of possible problems
