Seller is great. Yodel is not.
The parcel shelf is undamaged and seemed to have been cleaned well (it smelled nice) before being sent. Delivery and tracking information was arranged quickly.
Unfortunately, Yodel sucks. Their tracking does not work, at least on their website (might through app). They also delivered it to the wrong address, which has a sign saying don't deliver here because they have dogs. The dogs destroyed the packaging and dirtied the parcel shelf (but no damage, luckily).
