    Beats the OEM one HANDS DOWN

    This is the second one I've purchased, and just like the first, delivered fast, well packaged , out the box ready charge so fitted in minutes, a good quality battery with the extra CCA the first now five yrs on has never let us down and is still fitted to a start stop Volvo!! this is for my old Vector Estate Diesel so will be worked very hard as we tow a caravan , so if you require a high capacity battery that in my mind beats the OEM from the manufacturer this is THE ONE!!

    Excellent !

    Most OEM batteries like Volvo, Bosch, BMW etc are rebranded Varta batteries. Varta are a huge German battery manufacture that supply pretty much every major brand. So if you need a new battery, save yourself some money and buy directly from a Varta dealer.

    I originally ordered the F18 varta heavy duty battery but was out of stock, but they had same size and dimensions with the 5 year warranty on a different brand and still arrived on time, well worth buying a battery from this company

    Quality item

    I’ve bought many batteries through the years and settled on a another well known German make which tend to be getting very expensive now. I read the reviews for the battery and from previous experience know that often OE for VAG vehicles are the same make. Battery seems to be excellent at moment, however only time will tell. I’am confident it will prove excellent quality and value for years to come.

    Varta F18 Type 110 fitted in Audi A4 B6 2.0

    Upgraded battery from a Bosch S4 008 Type 096. The Varta is a larger battery but it was a snug fit in this vehicle. The specs are bit better compared to the old Bosch S4 and comparable to the Bosch S5010 Type 110 but bit better value.
