The listing provided 9 photos showing every section of the item. Unfortunately the buyer failed to look at the photos as the reason for their return was clearly visible. I explained that I felt the listing gave a fair representation and so wouldn’t accept the return, however if they would like eBay to make a decision they were welcome to do so. At no point was I difficult to deal with - despite the buyer bombarding me with messages. A very frustrating experience.
