I must make it crystal clear that my complaint was not about the seller but about Royal Mail. The seller replied to my request promptly at a tme when she was on bereavement leave from work. I have no negative comments about the seller because she even offered a replacement, when the responsibility for the non delivery wasn t hers. I sincerely regret putting her in a bad light and offer my condolences at this difficult time. I repeat, the seller is faultless in this case.
