Currently my car has been in the garage a week awaiting a resolution to BM's poor service having supplied an exhaust that was built without provisions for sensors. 6 days later, they agreed to a return, but now expect me to pop it in the post like it's a letter to Granny. Meanwhile, both my car and the exhaust is in a garage several towns away, accumulating further costs. I have opened an eBay dispute, and now expected to wait another 5 days. The Small Claims Court is foreseeable.
