It seems Veni and Michael who are counter boys think they are running Europarts, the way that they have dealt with this complaint is appalling. Bought a headlight from europarts 13th March arrived 14th March damaged. Sent photo with damage asked for refund. They faffed and faffed around and never addressed the real issue. Told me to take part back to europarts store which is miles away. Sent message after message, hope to respond to you within 24 hrs. To date issue still outstanding, ?????
