Delivery and ordering process went smoothly. Super fast and no problem at all.. Oil filter had no plastic wrap or packaging whatsoever. Only cardboard bow that was open.. some minor scratches outside wasn't the issue. The oil intake nozzles were damaged as if somebody was trying to fit on wrong car. Kept on thinking maybe it's fine but didn't have courage to fit it. wanted to make sure I was right by not fitting so filled filter with water and have a good shake. Water had metal shavings after
