Th coil pack arrived very securely packaged but when I opened it to check it I noticed all th connector pins were bent! A bit puzzled as nothing jammed into th pin socket and no damage to th packaging!! I contacted th vendor to advise and was assured that if it was a problem they would rectify it. Thankfully I was able to straighten th pins and check-fit to th connector on th car. All Good. New plugs, new coil pack and all running fine!! Nice to know that th vendor was willing to jelp resolve.
