Disappointed with this order, listing does not state this item is pre primed, image shows a black plastic mirror cover and also states in the words "actual image". While the seller agreed to pay return costs there is no way for me to initiate this. So now I also have to buy paint and find the time to paint this which comes at my expense. At the very least listings should be updated for items that are pre primed, I was expected to know this despite relying solely on the listing details provided.

I have ordered O2 sensor and Seller decided to change my order for the part that should be correct. I have provided pictures of O2 sensor that caused a problem to my car. I have received the part after 15 days which is ridiculous and it turned out that they send me a part with different plug for different application. In general seller would not admit their fault and would further delay the process. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS SELLER! If you value your time, then use someone else!

Buyer purchased lambda sensor which was for position - "IN FRONT OF THE CATALYST". We have informed that sensor is wrong and swapped with correct one. After receiving part buyer said that we sent wrong one as he needed one for Behind Catalyst position. After items was returned, refund was issued. We tried to help as much we could in this situation, but seems that buyer does not even know what part he needs. Please reach us before leaving feedback, we are sure we will be able to help you.
