Item good Quality, BUT COMPANY ( seller ) I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole again , they ignored all messages until I complained to eBay , item over 2 weeks late and sent it 2nd class and was I payed for 1st . Packaging was a JOKE ! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! buyers beware

Really helpful seller with great comms, answered questions within minutes and dispatched same day. I'm really pleased with the ladder clamps too, will be ordering another set from this same seller as soon as I have my extra ladders. I will be asking them to use another courier though (and would gladly pay extra if they agree) as UPS were absolutely shocking. Not the seller's fault at all.
