We take pride in making sure all questions are answered in a timely manner. We are truly sorry if we did not get to you fast enough. We do our best to keep shipping costs low but we cannot control what UPS charges. What we charge our customers on Ebay for shipping is half of what UPS actually charges us. This, and the addition of rising Ebay costs make it extremely difficult to provide any more discount than those which are already priced in.
