Water bottles/canteens were exactly as described. Very excited to receive these as my grandfather had very similar ones from the 70s that I remember vividly from hikes across the Northeast US. The nostalgia hit hard as soon as I unwrapped them and I look forward to using them on future hikes with my grandfather and daughter. As long as the plastic loop the cap creates lasts half as long as my grandfathers, I should be able to gift this to my daughter when the time comes!
