The device came in dyson branded refurbished equipment packaging with complete package contents. It has very minor scuff marks that I see mainly because I looked for them. The filters are also clearly replaced. As for the device everything seems to function as expected. I’m very happy with this purchase; thanks.

Fantastic little purifier fan combo, however a little too noisy at medium speed for our little one. Heats up fast and efficiently so much that we stopped using central heating.

Fan arrived quickly and was excited to start using it. It was making a squeak noise (regardless of fan speed) so arranged with Dyson to have it “repaired”. I expected them to replace the defective part and send it back but they just sent another unit. This one had a blade touching inside and made a terrible rattle. Contacted to ask for a refund as within 30 days of buying. Very disappointed with the quality of these £400+ machines. Repairing my original one would probably have solved the issue
