Order by mistake. Contacted seller same date to cancel. Seller stated I had to cancel on ebay. Advised seller that l had no ability to cancel on my end. Advised that per ebay policy, the seller had the ability to cancel at their discretion, however the seller never said yes or no. The seller refused to help or advise how to cancel. Terrible. this seller is advertising one thing and shipping another. I ordered 10- music city 03400 wires which measures approximately 25 inches long. They shipped me MHP part IG-7b, which is only about 20 inches long. TOO SHORT. They did this knowingly. they printed 03400 stickers and stuck them over the MHP packaging. They did not respond to email. Then i called - they said i had to email photos of pick list, pic of the wrong parts, and other things and they would look into it. UGH
