I received three of the sliding shelves. Two of the units have screw holes mounting the drawer slide that are either mis-tapped or over torqued during assembly. There are three total screws that are loose in the mounting holes, hence the drawer slide assembly is loose and unreliable.

Good Except Cannot do 24" Depth
Solid construction, smooth sliding rails. No damage and had all pieces. I took off a star because the description says it can go to 24" rack depth but at the max extension I got only about 21" of depth. The length of the back mounts should be like 5 inches longer.
