This Xbox came as described in the listing. The seller did a wonderful job answering any questions I had. The system got here quick safe and on time. The item arrived promptly, albeit in packaging that I found slightly lacking (no shell, just a bubble-wrap-lined shipping bag). Whether it was in shipping or an accident in the testing, the right joystick arrived broken. However, when I reported this to the seller, he promptly refunded me, and told me that I didn't have to ship the item back.
While I am disappointed that the joystick was broken, the customer service was excellent, hence the positive feedback.
