Seller listed one piece of paper printed on both sides, as a "brochure", along with including six photos in the auction to further mislead buyers. Seller did not use any material to protect the sheet of paper from water damage. Buyer made complaint to seller about the single sheet of paper, being described as a brochure. Seller responded that he had changed the auction description to a single sheet of paper, but had not.

Buyer was given examples from 11 sellers calling a single sheet a brochure (there’s 100s, the term “brochure” is used). A note was added to the description of all my single sheet items. Since it’s not in the title, he claims the listing’s not modified. Listing has 1 pic of the front, 2 pics of different back sheets (clearly 2 pics of the same side). 3 pics show the edge damage of all the sheets (approx. 25 pcs) as detailed in the description. Item wasn’t waterproof, got damaged, was refunded.
