Item arrived a little slower than I expected but I think the blame lies on the USPS, not the seller. Other than that, I have zero complaints! The Kobo is in perfect condition and exactly what was advertised. Very impressed with the experience and the ereader itself so far. Was deciding between a Kindle and Kobo and once this arrived I immediately returned my Kindle. If you're on the fence, Kobo is the way to go!
