Like other buyers, was expecting the lot to be more reflective of the listing images, most of which show a lot of rhinestones & brooches. Not a big deal, however I think some of your responses toward unhappy customers are a bit unprofessional. It seems like when someone leaves a response you don’t like, you just block them.
