Despite its appearance as a brand-new item, closer inspection reveals otherwise. Discrepancies include a mismatched serial number on the box, misalignment on the internal camera ring, and the brushed aluminum sides appearing to be replaced with OEM parts. I suspect that if I were to open it up, I might find a third-party battery. While it offers great value, I don't believe it is truly 100% brand new.

Unfortunately, the item that I wanted was the incorrect one. Rather than making sure it was the correct one the first time around~ they sent the completely wrong color. I did contact the seller, but unfortunately it’ll be too much of a hassle to have it corrected especially living in the Island State (lots of shipping delays can happen). Also note that the phone isn’t “new new”, it’s most like “Newly Refurbished” as the box was not sealed upon delivery~
