Battery listed as brand new. Item arrived fast. Unpacked battery and discovered lots of marks on it. Contacted seller and was told item was a ex demo battery, and that 'I should read the description' When I replied to the seller regarding this comment I have now received an automated reply saying closed till 24.03.2024 and no more contact since. If you are advertising as Brand New I would like to receive what i have paid for, not exdemo. Seller is mis selling -will not purchase from them again.

Item not as described. Was described as “new” however Item received was clearly used, with residual hair & dirt in filter, offensive odour emanating from it with condensation within water tanks - it is undoubtedly a second hand machine. I contacted the seller who took a long time to respond. Eventually,they offered me £20 off “if the item worked”. I declined, and reiterated I wished a return & full refund. I am still awaiting a response & will be following up through eBay process. Not impressed

Disappointing listing out of stock items, multiple messages to send not responded to. Then when asked to cancel so can buy one in shop they send it. Then informed me that they sent a normal hoover and I should be pleased with the upgrade but I needed the hard floor mop not a hoover. No refund so ebay had to step in to gain funds back after sent back.
