Beautiful artisan pottery. Pepper shaker came in damaged but has been repaired, There is a special way of mailing artist's pottery. Double-boxing,generous bubblewrap is the usual requirement

Although my purchase of the figurines were damaged upon receiving, the seller was super quick in responding and issuing a full refund without any problem or hesitation. These days the carriers (USPS, UPS, etc...) are so rough in handling; I do not place any blame on seller's packaging...things happen.
