Received this laptop and I was pleased with my purchase. Securely packaged and better than described. However there was an issue with the charger. I contacted the seller and they were in contact with me the next day and addressed the problem by shipping a different charger the very same day. The laptop meets all my needs and there is the bonus that there is an extended manufacturer warranty still active on this laptop, which I didn't expect but am happy to have. A+ seller.

I am very pleased with this transaction. First of all, it was the best price I could find for an HP Z2. And I didn't have to worry about shipping because it was already included. Secondly, the tower arrived at the time expected and very well packaged so it's clear that there was concern that it arrives in good condition. And thirdly, the seller responded promptly and accurately to my questions. Plus, it came with Win 10 Pro, which gave me the pass for a free upgrade to Win 11. Very satisfied!
